Employees of the Department of infectious and pediatric infectious diseases actively participate in the medical work of the clinic Uzbek Research Institute of Epidemiology, Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (RIEMID) and 3-clinic of Tashkent Medical Academy (TMA). During practical training is carried out curation of thematic patients with students. Professors and associate professors of the Department are involved on the consultations held in the offices and clinics RIEMID and 3-clinic of TMA. And staff advice patients that entered to the emergency room.

The Department staffs are on duty at the Republican san. aviation twice a year.
