On January 6, 2026, a scientific and practical seminar for teachers on “Meningitis and Bloodborne Diseases and the Application of Modern Pedagogical Methods in This Area” was held at the Abu Ali ibn Sino Republican College of Public Health No. 1.

The seminar was conducted by the staff of the Department of “Infectious and Pediatric Infectious Diseases” of Tashkent State Medical University: Associate Professor Tashpulatova Sh.A., assistant Maksudova Z.S. and assistant Gaybullayev F.Kh.

The seminar examined the etiology, clinical symptoms, transmission routes, and preventive measures of meningitis, as well as the epidemiological features of blood-borne diseases and their prevention, using a scientific basis.

The seminar aims to enhance teachers’ knowledge and skills in infectious diseases, strengthen sanitary and hygienic practices, and expand the application of modern pedagogical approaches in the educational process.
