On December 24, 2025, Associate Professor I.A. Imamova, Assistant Z.S. Maksudova, Assistant F.Kh. Gaybullaev, and other faculty members of the Department of Infectious Diseases and Pediatric Infectious Diseases of Tashkent State Medical University visited the Republican Technical School of Public Health named after Abu Ali ibn Sina No. 1.

The topic of the master class was “Current Issues of Infectious Diseases.” The relevance of this field in modern healthcare was explained to the students, followed by an active discussion on the topic.

During the master class, students were informed about key aspects of a healthy lifestyle, including proper nutrition, the consequences of harmful habits, adherence to personal hygiene rules, characteristics of the human immune system, susceptibility to diseases, maintaining cleanliness in public places, and the positive impact of sanitary and hygienic standards on health.

The students’ interests related to the topic were heard, and their questions were answered. In particular, more detailed information was provided with an emphasis on the role of vaccines in disease prevention and modes of transmission. Comprehensive information on proper nutrition and regular physical activity was also presented.
