Honorary assistants of our department Ergashev B.M., Bobozhonov Sh. J., Sultanova G.Yu. and Nazirov Sh.A. returned from the 16-day quarantine (from March 21, 2020 to April 5, 2020) from the “Nuroniylar” sanatorium, which was organized to prevent the spread of COVID-19 disease in our country. The quarantine was also attended by the senior lecturer of the Department of Epidemiology TMA Mustanov A.Yu. and other narrow specialists from different healthcare facilities.

Uzbek citizens from India whoose on a charter flight Delhi-Tashkent were quarantined, about 40% of which had various somatic diseases and even returned after surgery.

The staff of our department organized the practice of monitoring and treating patients, ensuring full compliance with quarantine rules in this area.

All quarantined patients and staff were tested for COVID-19. After all the tests were negative, at the end of quarantine, dedicated doctors successfully conducted patients home and returned to their families.
